The Beach Hair Studio & Beauty Bar at 310 Front Street, Avila Beach, California.

Normally I don't like to leave negative reviews. But as I have emailed the studio and have received no reply over the past week I thought it was important.
I had my wedding a couple of weeks ago and our hair was completed by Maggie (the owner). I had heard and read good things, but was completely surprised when she came in the day of the wedding and was not very pleasant. The bridesmaids were upset with their hair and asked for some fixes, Maggie did not seem to want to fix or assist with the changes which had the girls very disgruntled. My mom had her hair completed in less than 20min, and two and a half hours later it had all fallen out (my sister re-curled her hair prior to the ceremony).
I also asked for changes to my hair and Maggie refused saying my hair would "fall down" even though I insisted that it was too high on my head and did not appear like our day of trial. Maggie was more than happy to tell some of the bridesmaids about her prior event with "famous individuals". Seems like we were not top priority.
Maggie also came in about 30 minutes later than makeup and left over an hour before our makeup stylist left. We all have bad days, but this was a HUGE moment in my life and I would have expected more courtesy and assistance with concerns.
I would not recommend Maggie for a wedding day hair. All in all she spent about 2.5 hours with 6 girls and hundreds of dollars were spent. Not happy At all with the services.
